Every brand project I do starts with the same three files. Keep all three in one Claude project, and every caption, page and post starts on-brand.
How the brand talks, the words it uses, and the words it never does.
Colors, fonts, logo rules. One page.
Who they serve, what they sell, and what makes them different.
The brand consistency checklist
- Your name is spelled and styled the same everywhere
- Your bio, website headline and LinkedIn say the same thing about what you do
- The same profile photo or logo on every platform
- The same two fonts on your site, posts and documents
- Your colors use the exact hex codes, every time
- One call to action everywhere: book a call, shop, or join
- Every link works and goes where it should
- Your highlights, banner and website photos look like one brand
- Your email signature matches your site
- Old posts that no longer fit are archived
Here is my Instagram bio: [paste]. Here is my website headline: [paste]. Here is my LinkedIn headline: [paste]. Tell me where these disagree about who I help, what I do and how I sound. Then write one version for each platform that says the same thing at the right length.
Help me write File One: my brand voice. Ask me 5 questions, one at a time, about how my business talks. Then write a one-page voice guide I can save in a Claude project.
Your IRL coolness should match your online presence. Set it up once and feel put-together EVERYWHERE.
